中国出身、日本を拠点に活動するアーティスト。

中国の大学でプロダクトデザインを学んだ後、来日。2023年に武蔵野美術大学造形学部油絵学科を卒業し、2025年に東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科絵画専攻油画研究分野修士課程を修了した。

絵画、映像、パフォーマンス、インスタレーションなど、多様なメディアを横断しながら、「まなざし」「親密性」「ジェンダー」「自己と他者の関係性」をテーマに、個人のアイデンティティや人間関係における心理的な距離を探求している。

近年は、日常的な行為や個人的な趣味、身近な素材を制作に取り入れながら、芸術と生活の境界や「アーティスト」という存在そのものにも関心を広げている。

また、制作活動と並行して、展覧会の企画・キュレーションにも取り組んでいる。

Born and raised in China, Long Yujun relocated to Japan to pursue oil painting at Musashino Art University, following her initial studies in product design in mainland China. She furthered her training at Tokyo University of the Arts, earning her M.A. in oil painting in 2025. Working across painting and mixed media, Yujun explores themes of gender and intimacy. She is also the founder of the international art collective SISOUL.S.
